Remember, regular listening is the key to success!
This is a self- help hypnotherapy recording for
adults and teenagers who want to overcome their
fear of flying and increase their sense of calm and
confidence in the air. Listen to this recording
everyday for 2-3 weeks leading up to a flight. It is
good to take it with you to listen on the aircraft
itself after take-off to increase your sense of
calm, comfort and control. It may also be used in
conjunction with the CD/MP3 Before you fly
Mental rehearsal in an imaginative framework
Relaxing comfortably and safely, you receive
powerful suggestions for feelings of calm and
confidence. As you listen you are guided through the
normal routines, sensations and sounds of flying. You
are given suggestions that associate these normal
events with everyday feelings of calm, relaxed control.
You then visualise yourself thinking, feeling and
handling things on the flight altogether more calmly and
effectively than ever before.
Successful approach
This kind of approach is completely
natural. Research shows that when a person first
acts out each positive step in their imagination, it
increases the likelihood of their success in the real
world. It is also frequently used by sports men and
women and performance artists world-wide to
improve their technique and relieve anxiety. This
recording contains powerful suggestions for
boosting confidenceand self-esteem.

Play the recording at a quiet time where you won’t be
disturbed
You can relax and drift off to sleep at the end
if it is your normal bedtime but if you find that you
regularly fall asleep more or less immediately, try
listening earlier in the evening or in the daytime
instead. It should never be listened to while driving
because, as it is so relaxing, it could take your
attention away from the road where of course you need to
be at your most alert.
This new revised recording uses state of the art
technology from ID Audio, with layered voices panning
from left to right and is particularly effective when
you listen on headphones.
